Briony Martin - Principal and Founder

BA(hons), LLB, Grad. Dip. In Legal Practice, LLM, MPol.&Policy GAICD

Briony has over 25 years experience in law, policy, capability development and commercial advisory within central Commonwealth Government Departments, including the Attorney-General's Department, the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Department of Defence. Her experience includes leading government work on treaties, agreements and arrangements, regulatory reviews, legislative programs, commercial negotiations and capability program development. Briony has led successful multi-discipline teams on various high-profile matters.

Briony formed Proton Legal to assist clients with complex and sensitive matters that require judgement, expertise, and diplomacy.
