A current or recent Australian government security clearance, the ability to hold a security clearance and adhere to the requirements of a security clearance holder.Experience in either a top-tier law or advisory firm and/or a defence, national security or law enforcement agency.For lawyers – a current practicing certificate, or eligibility for a practicing certificate.
